Internet sites

  • Public Health Agency of Canada - Seniors. Aging and Seniors, The Public Health Agency of Canada, provides federal leadership in areas pertaining to aging and seniors.
  • Seniors Canada Online is Canada's Government and Partners website for seniors-related information which allows you to search by topic and geographic location for a variety of information.
  • 2001 Seniors Guide to Federal programs and services has up-to date information on federal programs and services such as disease prevention, nutrition and safety, consumer products and legal matters, housing and transportation, employment and pensions, travel and recreation opportunities and volunteer and cultural activities.
  • Seniors Computer Information Program (SCIP). SCIP assists older adults to explore the use of computers and communication technology. SCIP is the oldest canadian seniors on-line information system available on the Internet. SCIP officially opened in March 1995.
